Seasons Change, But Evil Allergies Never Leave You Alone!

I know so many people who just love fall, and the weather and all the other stuff that goes with it.  I, for one am not one of those people.  Sure, I love the changing of the leaves on the trees, its very pretty, or yea and Thanksgiving, that could be the best part about fall.  But you know what else comes around… ALLERGIES!  Yep that’s right, the nose starts running, lots of sneezing, eyes watering.   So, with the help from our business partner, Air Oasis, we will tell you how to help your allergies during these closing months of the year.

Pollen is around but the bigger problem this time of year, ragweed is.  Mold is also a cause of allergies.  Mold loves dark and damp places.  Those leaves that fall off the tree and you leave them in your yard until they blow into mine or stay stagnate until spring!   Guess what, those piles of leaves collect moisture, which helps generate mold, and the spores of the mold can travel and mess with your respiratory system.  Turning on your heater for the first time in a few months, can release dust mites in the air and trigger sneezing at home and school.

So, what can you do?  Check your pollen count on the weather from the local TV stations.  At our home, when we walk in from outside, the shoes come off and there put away.  If you have been working outside change clothes, pollen sticks to your clothing.  Make sure you call Adam’s Air for a free Winterization, (for homeowners only), and make sure your changing your filters at least every two months.  Our business partner, Air Oasis has a complete line of aid purifiers, and air quality tools to breathe cleaner and fresher air.
